blade995
Please give a better title next time. right click on the desktop> properties> appearance tab > color scheme Or if you want the cool transparent or other task bars like you see in the desktop thread in OT, most people use a program called Windows Blinds. You need to right click your desktop --> Properties --> Appearance tab. Anyway, I don't think you can change your taskbar color that way. Why don't you just use a visual style instead of being complicated? :wall: Also, WindowBlinds is only free for 30 days, and it's not worth paying for. On top of that it's a memory [bleep]. blade995
and when you get that up the top should be a tab called appearance. Also, WindowBlinds is only free for 30 days, and it's not worth paying for. On top of that it's a memory [bleep]. Windows Blinds is not a memory hog (if thats what you were implying). Mine uses less than 15MBs of ram all the time. If you think thats hoggish, then time for a ram upgrade.

Well if you have low memory, then those 15 MBs count.
