can some1 tell me how to get it up fast without using a cannon and how long do u think it will take if i play only 4hrs of slaying? can u plz help me?

Simple:

 

Just try out the different masters, and see which one gives the best assignments (and don't be afraid to burthrope one you really don't like)

I don't know the best master for training, however I can tell you that if you could have lunars and lvl 67 magic, there is a spell called NPC contact. If you use it to contact the slayer masters you can save a lot of time(especially when doing turael tasks and burthope(no more games necklaces!))
