    i have also found that if u wear monk robes and a god book and holy symbol using rapid heal is also useful

    i would advise usin abyss just wear boot of lightness and spotted cape and d hide body and glory and take a telly tab

    if u have not started legends u will only be able to get rune gloves and if u didn't get the xp from monkey madness quest u will only be able to get addy but if u have done these u will be able to get dargon gloves and if u have 175 qp and done dt u will be able to get dark (barrows) gloves

    i reckon it is bit of a pain worst quest requirement is other quests u need to for other quest but there r there for fun

    u can make more then 1k nats an hour u could make 1.5k atleast usin abyss

    umm super energys are good to take and spotted cape is also good is u dont have 66 hunter but overall pretty good guide 8/10

    pretty nice guild i'll make a new 1 def pure and work on him in f2p for a while whil i get him 60 att 80 str and do all free quest and most of d slayer then make him member

    pretty good guide to beat the bores of skilling but u can avised poeple not to wear any items while look on the knowledge base/ forums because they may die from a random.. it happen to my bro once he lost his fire cape lmao
