u could take it to blue drags u can collect the d bones and sell or bury and collect the blue d hides and sell or some kinda of giant which gives u big bones which u could sell or bury or use it for slayer

if it is not 1 of ur 3 best items when u died it turns in to a seed

i would get 70 att str and def and get higher prayer and get 55 slayer if u dont have

i find that best pure if f2p r rangers with higher str with only 31 prayer

if u only got 40 def u can do legends it wont get ur def up much but u also need 175 qp which is borin to get

u could alwayz fish lobs and sell 250-230ea or u could catch chinchomps and sell those they go for 700ea i think

u could kill hell hounds and do lvl 3 clues

u could always pick flax

slayer stass atuo cast the 4 waves and crumble undead and slayer dart

it also depends how confident in urself cos i take my fire cape, glory(u hit more), verac's, rune boots(better def helps a little), dds, rune defender, blk gloves( i would take barrows but have only got blk so far), weatlh, super set, 1 prayer pot ( usally one use 1 dose if i got a friend with me), anti pot, lumby tele tab/s, 1 rope, and rest skark. also rember to use the alter at lumby to restore prayer
