Grinding chaos druids in edgeville dungeon wilderness part.

 

That's not maybe so quick way but you lose no money.That's what I did when i was 25 and had to get 45.Found out it is not very slow.

killing druids and getting herbs? then identifying them? that umm works?

Ya that's what I did. Of course fastest way is buying all herbs yourself but think that it is pretty expensive...

Your best bet is to go to the druids in Taverly dungeon on a crowded world, and pick up the low level herbs that people drop. People will normally drop anything below ranarr, so you can get an inventory full of herbs fairly quickly there.

You could do some quest. I personally got my herblore from 30 to 38 by doing the one small favor quest. I used both of the lamps on herblore.
