I have a level 23 str pure

 

and i'm wondering where i should train his str lvl

 

its str lvl is currently 31, but i want to get it to 40 asap

minotaurs and wolfs in the security stronghold is good.

Zombies and Skeletons in Draynor Sewer is a popular place.

 

 

 

Or monks in the Monastery, they require no food since you can heal form them.

i think i'll try the monks.

rats in the sewers can be good but men or monks can be good too. Monks and men are often times crowded plus for the monks you have to heal quickly or someone might start attacking them.
