Hi-alch is a great way to raise your magic level

 

 

 

... provided that you have hundreds or thousands of things worth hi-alching or

 

that you have a relatively cheap supply of Nature runes.

 

 

 

Otherwise, Camelot teleport is fast if you have a good supply of Law runes.

 

 

 

Of course, there is the old faithful, failed Curse.

 

It's very, very, cost effective and gives 29 magic exp per cast.
