well if u have done the plauge city/biohazard quests i suggest king lathas training grounds there is a place to squeeze through the fence they are in and get ur arrows back although it is sumtimes crouded

ok im at lvl 68 defence and im looking to get 70 defence so i can use my torag pl8 and im having a hard time training cause i get hurt really bad i've tried everything from fire giants,ice giants,mossies,flesh crawlers,anokus,pc,slayer i've tried it all and nuthing helps can sum1 give me a little advice on this plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok i was thinking of working on my range my current setup is full red dhide,archer helm,snakeskin boots,11.6k iron arrow,ring of dueling,magic shortbow,i was just wondering if the caged ogres in the ogre inclave would be very good exp p.s im not worried about losing arrows

Ok So im lvl 87 now with a granite pl8, dragon skirt,d scimi,rune defender,zerker helm,str ammy,rune boots,mith gloves,and zammy cape(mage arena cape)and im tryin to get 70 defence so i can wear my newly bought torag pl8 so can sum1 plz tell me a good place to train defence cause i been tryin slayer but i can get any good tasks. thx skylor XD

i need to know i have both but dont know which is better since im using mith arrows the seercull is slow but hits hard to where the msb is fast and hits more often can sum1 help me with this.

ok i've been using the slayer master in zanarius and im not getting very good xp assignments is edgevilles or shilos a beter slayer master imo nly lvl 87 with 72 att and str and 67 def.

yes the salve amulet works with the anokus believe me i use it with the zerker helm and pwn anokus all day long.
