Where to train?

Hi, i have just made my main member and i want where can i train def to 70 for Barrows armos.

 

Here are my stats:

 

Attack:70

 

Strength:70

 

Defence:62

 

Range:51

 

Magic:56

 

Prayer:47

I always think ankous are good as they are good training and have excellent drops. Experiments are good, but you may be too high a lvl for them. You could also try flesh crawlers if you don't want to use much food.

Great options are below:

 

 

 

Daganoths, lovely .. always! Clue level 2's are fun to do to. They drop them very rapidly.

 

Moss giants, though not my favorite, they can be fun from time to time.

 

Cyclops, while getting a rune defender in the warrior guild. Lovely experience and time can fly there.

 

Ever looked back to hill giants? Taverley dungeon has a great spot. And if you did wanted, you might even want to kill some black knights in taverley dungeon, to get your rank up. :-k Which takes up 0 food. Just bring 4 lobsters, maybe 8. And like 8 attack pots + 8 strenght pots. Time flies there! :-$

About the flesh crewlers, i have been training there like since SOS was released, and i'm a bit bored from them.

 

I'll try the black or dagganoths.
