in the of where is it.... the gnome battlefield south of gnome tree i think it is, there are like hundreds of gnomes you can get lined up behind a fence that is somewhere there

 

 

 

anothe roogd spot is in varrock castle, under the stairs to the secnd floor is a zamorak mage in a cage... if the spell hits on him, it only takes 3 seconds before you can cast again

-find a stun partner for the dueling arena

 

-caged zombies in the mage guild

 

-caged zammy monk in varrok castle (very high mage defense, and if you hit, he heals from it in 3 seconds)
