You have to buy them. Odds are most buy using card or paypal, which is mostly likel the same method used to pay for rs membership. Cross-reference the database and you can easily find a majority of the customers. As for them blocking Jagex, wtf? You can't "block" someone like that from viewing you're website; you can do an ip block but a company like jagex are hardly gonna be stopped by that and they have law on their side anyway. a)how are they going to get the cc or paypal info to cross-reference? you think the site will give it away? no. a court most likely could not even force them to divulge that information b)jagex does not have the law on there side, as breaking the ToS of a site is NOT breaking the law. this is the precise reason jagex is losing in their lawsuit against a certain botting site, the site is not breaking the law.

Could someone confirm this, I always thought GE and private trades were seperated 100%. pretty sure they are completely separated... and if they aren't., buy them on the ge first, and then from the other player, because i know 100% sure that if your maxxed on ge you can still buy from other players

well that would have to have been specifically limited by jagex, and if you look at many many previous examples, they have not always done the best job at this... my initlal guess would by the 2.14 bill number, simply because that is as high as an "int" can go in java, but as davidfreel, it may be likely there is SOME cap on the number

im doing the same thing you are, and 65 herb was my last req i needed, however, you really only need 63 herb because you can pot it i have been told so that should save you SOME money

This, i dont even think you can connect a pre-paid card to paypal, but it will work like a normal credit card, so runescape will accept it. rs will accept it AND you can tie it to a paypal account, but its more expensive to use through paypal, so just use it like a real CC

if you want to make a profit, select a different skill... id recommend making your money some other method, and just worry about leveling flethcing the fastest way you can, not caring about profit... your time will be better spent

cooking is without a doubt the fastest, but if you lost 3m with cooking i think you did something wrong... from 88-99 with shark i made ~ 6/7m (with cooking gauntlets, or else you'll burn too many) i started with about 60 cooking in my quests so idk what to recommend up to that point, but i did lobsters 60-78, monks 78-88 and shark 88-99
