Cptbaker08
Slayer. All you do is attack stuff and you get exp. But it does take a long time to get, it is rather easy. Lots of skills are easy, such as fishing, woodcutting, cooking (if using a stove), fletching (making bows u), herblore, prayer, farming. To make a long list short, most of the skills in RS are easy. Don't let something thats easy confuse it with something thats quick/cheaper to do. Aruschpler12
Cooking by far. you can do it in under 2 weeks for like less than 3 mil. It's called the "Grand Exchange," and not the "Grand Alwaysatyourservicetodoyourbidding, regardlessoftheneedsofothers," for a reason.107,992 to 99 cooking96,545 to 99 fletching24,699 to 99 smithingI would indeed be happy if someone stopped spreading cancer all over this place. Sy_Accursed
It depends how u define easy. I'd kind of say dungeoneering is the easiest in many ways.1) Unique dungeon spawned for you so no competition2) Required puzzles, doors and monster levels are based on your levels so its always doable for you All other you either need to buy it or compete for the training spots Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

schmuall
Under 3m? What do you buy for that price? You'll need more starting cash, but 3m is what you'll have spent after you sell everything back. Anyone else remember the days of making a profit with cooking :( give F2P a penny and they want a dime; give P2P a quarter, they want 100,000 dollars, your car, house, boat, social security number, credit card numbers, drivers license, clothes on your back and everything you ever owned or interacted with ever

Youmu
Technically Construction is the fastest, as, from RSWiki, states that it's possible to get it within a week. But the cash needed... So yeah, basically it's Cooking. Warning though, no 99's are easy in that sense. They all take massive amounts of grinding. bedman
Fastest is herblore I think. Overloads are 600k xp or something (including the time to make the extremes). Also most useful. Cheapest and most useless are cooking and fletching. A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!

Troacctid
Thieving's pretty quick. Almost the same speed as cooking, takes NO starting cash, and the resulting cape is much nicer-looking.
