I am a Page rank for the white knight, but I saw many guides that you dont need any kills to get the a white plateskirt. But i am already at 200 kills and still cannot buy the white plateskirt because the white plateskirt is not in stock.So whats the wrong with the rank?

You need a lot higher rank to buy the skirt. If you can get someone else to buy it and sell it to you, you can wear it, but you can't buy it yourself until you get a high rank.
