I quit Runescape about 2 years ago in the summer of 2009. I decided to renew my membership now just for the heck of it. What's new that I can do? Are there more good gears for each class?

In China is about $40 a month, i can understand perfectly because i used to live in China. : Runescape money is not the only game they sell for real life money, other games like WoW and Multiple players chinese games. (i've seen it before)

This is not really a bug, why does Jagex put "you already have a clue "in the chat box if this is a bug. Anyway, I got this once from goblin before. it is because you killed the monster too fast and they dropped the clue about the same time.
