Yup, as the subject says, I finally got my Nikon D80 that I had ordered. Got it on Monday and took the day to read a bit in the instruction booklet. Got to admit that I quickly put it away and tried to figure out by myself how it worked, as it's much funnier that way ;).

 

I've taken some sample shots during the days and I hope you guys will like them. None of them are edited, just rotated.

just gone on their website, it looks like a nice camera, not too sure about some of the button positions, but then i guess its a matter of getting used to it.

Thanks for the comments guys. I will try to take every possibility to go and play with the camera. ;)

 

Oh btw. I got it with a 18-135mm lens, so it's pretty useful for zooming. Though I wished it could do macro shots better... I'm not too keen to buy a macro lens due to their price but who knows :)

It was a piece of blue glass on top of an iron pole. Found it while I was walking around my neighbourhood.
