OF course that mother is badly crazy,but I dont understand why the 22 year old girl wants to live with and have sex with the 13 year boy, just because he is lvl 126 or something? There are a couple ranges however; Lumbridge, Al-Kharid, and Varrock to a lesser extent. They all have ranges reasonably close to a bank. Oh wait, you could cook on Ned's fireplace in Draynor if you wanted a fire for some reason. It's one click from a bank. Although a range might be better. I think there's a range in there too. Some people hang around edge and make constant fires for cooking outside of the bank. just mooch off of them :P Retired from runescape.
