June 10, 200719 yr Afraid there aren't any permanent fires close to a bank in F2P. There are a couple ranges however; Lumbridge, Al-Kharid, and Varrock to a lesser extent. They all have ranges reasonably close to a bank. Oh wait, you could cook on Ned's fireplace in Draynor if you wanted a fire for some reason. It's one click from a bank. Some people hang around edge and make constant fires for cooking outside of the bank. just mooch off of them :P Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)

June 11, 200719 yr Lumby is best f2p, but I think you need a p2p bank. Al-k is the best f2p if lumby isn't.
