Update: i used harpoon fishing in catherby and i have 53 fishing and i have 50 cooking should i just keep fishing and get more fishing lvls *which i probably will* or buy food to cook

Yes, power fishing Trout/Salmon at Barbarian village is fast.

 

 

 

Higher level fish are usually slower to catch than lower level fish.

 

So, even though you get more exp per fish caught,

 

it takes longer to catch them so, overall, your exp per hour is usually less.

fishing lvl is just as important as cooking...get em both up at the same time
