I plan on getting 60 rcing by world 16 airs. What is the technique or strategy or whatever to doing this? I don't really want to spend money.

The only way to do World 16 airs without spending money at all is to mine the essence yourself, then trade the airs you crafted plus noted essence for unnoted essence.

At your level, you're probably are going to loose money:

 

 

 

Average price per load (1 load is 25 ess):

 

2000 (you can offer lower, but not much runners then)

 

2000/25=80

 

 

 

so each ess costs you 80 for the runners

 

If you buy your ess, it will cost between 20 and 40 (lets say 35)

 

 

 

so 80+35=115 per ess

 

 

 

you currently get 5 airs per ess, if you sell 20each, that's 100 per ess

 

so until 55, you'll loose about 10coins per ess

 

 

 

(and finding buyers for 20each isn't easy work)
