Shall I sell some of my tt items (= Full wizard (g) and full range (g)) and shall I then invest it in some skilling and make some money out of skilling and buy it later back

 

 

 

Or shall I hold it..?

I think you should sell them. TT items in either F2P or P2P are completely useless if you're not gonna make anything out of them IMO. So, investment in a few of your skills using the money you gain from that seems more logical.

 

 

 

After all, why wear 650K armor in place of armor that costs 10K when it offers the same bonuses. Its just a gold line running through the edges in most TT armor anyway; not as if it matters much to most people. You can make much better use of the money :) .
