The construction guide has an error in the heraldic section. It states that a crafting level of 38 is needed to paint a heraldic crest on your shield. The correct level is 43 crafting in order to paint the rune kiteshield. Just passing this along. I was disappointed to find this out. I have a level 40 crafting and thought I could paint my shield.
