June 17, 200719 yr I have killed at least 10-20 shades and have never gotten anything. No shade robes, no nothin'. Can anyone help me out with this? June 18, 200719 yr During my time in Runescape, after killing in the area of 1000 Shades, all in F2P, I think the truth is that they don't drop in free worlds. At least not anymore... I have never seen a robe drop in F2P, at least.

June 18, 200719 yr I don't think so. I have found numerous shade robes on the floor which does not seem to have been dropped by p2pers. Maybe the drops rate are just extremely low. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

June 18, 200719 yr I have killed tens of shades in f2p, and never got shade robes...but in p2p, I have killed like 10, and got 5 bottoms :o I really think that they cannot be dropped in free worlds, or they are extremely rare in free worlds.

June 20, 200719 yr They can be dropped in f2p worlds. They are just rarer than in p2p worlds. P2P offers more and better ways of making money than f2p. That's one of the cons you just have to play with if you don't feel like having 1 bigmac meal less per month.
June 22, 200719 yr A few months ago before i took a long break from rs i got a shade drop in f2p . I guess the rest is right and that the drop rates are extremely low ;)

June 25, 200719 yr I had full shade when I first started playing runescape. Got it from drops from shades, of course, all as an ftp.
