Basilisk? They drop 15 at once, thought not exactly very common drop. :-k

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

There's quite a few monsters drop a lot of nats...

Cockatrice

 

Turoth

 

Trolls (in particular ice trolls)

 

Jungle Horrors

 

Cave Horrors

 

 

 

But no monster is actually quicker than crafting them for yourself. I'm not sure I'd recommend any monster for the excluse use of harvesting nats.
