Lobbying in Catherby? Monkfish at Piscatoris? Or something else? Please tell me. Owner of Quest Cape since 11/9/2007 23:30! Working my butt off to get it back. If you mean to buy the skill, fastest way obviously is monk but its costy, lobsters are ok and you dont lose much, and buying tuna from shop(f2p karamja) to cook it is even cheaper, and still great xp.
