Where is the best place to range Blue Dragons? What is the best equipment to take while fighting Blue Dragons? Also, I plan on banking all of the hides and bones.

The taverly dungeon is the best place to fight them, if you plan on banking the bones and hides I *strongly* suggest you get the level to use the pipe shortcut..

 

 

 

For the equipement I dont really know, never ranged them

Equipment for your range level, I would say full red d hide,

 

archer helm -> coif

 

magic short bow with iron arrows,

 

any range cape you might have, ava's accumulator -> obby cape

 

any boots really doesn't matter unless you have range boots

Taverly dungen is the best place, but 70 agility helps a LOT. I recently got 70 just for that, and although training it was annoying, it's worth it for the shortcut. Bring crystal bow, the speed that you kill them makes up for the expense of recharging, and bring black d hide w/ archer helm and boots of lightness or ranger boots. For cape, wear either Ava's Attractor (+3 range) or spotty/spottier capes. The light boots/cape are to help you maintain run energy while running to/from the bank. A Falador teleport is recommended to help speed up banking.
