How do you put a link inside a signature or picture so it's like a button?

 

The ones that say stuff like "Click Here" on the picture somewhere and it goes to their blog. If it's too hard to explain just tell me that you know or something and i will send you my Signature through PM once im done with it.

Currently not active on RuneScape.
