I think you're supposed to dice them; I can't remember off the top of my head. But mebbe either way works.. lemme check for ye.

I got my hands on some pineapples and checked myself.

 

 

 

Dicing a pineapple = 1 "diced pineapple" = 1 pizza

 

Slicing a pineapple = 4 pineapple slices = 4 pizzas
