were is the best place to train combat skills to 70 ??? ( str - def )

Pest Control with a whip for defense. Pest Control with a Dragon Scimitar for strength.

Off topic: Didn't I just see you ask for help about money making?

On topic:

I never use Pest Control for training, but it is, without a fact, the fastest way to train.

I fight Ankou's, lvl 80 skeletons, bandits.

For you? I recommend ice warriors, shadow warriors (if you've done Legends Quest), any kind of giant.

Need help or advise? Have a question? Just PM me through Runescape or Tip.it. :)

Lesser demons could be could, but might do a little too much damage. Just make sure you have enough food and pay attention. I think I trained on them from 85-95. :-$

You can PC. That's about 50 tickets in an hour, if you are efficient enough.

Or you can try Moss Giants on Crandor. It's completely empty there, on member's servers.
