The requirements to complete The Fremennik Trials quest are 40 crafting, 25 fletching and 40 Woodcutting.

 

 

 

Are these the requirements to actually start this quest? Can I start it at lvl 3 with 1 skill in everything? I want to start it so I can use the snape grass + Peer the Seer method but I don't want to waste my time levelling to these requirements.

I don't think you need those to start, since they are all used in making the enchanted lyre.

No, because I did it ages ago with none of those levels. I just killed the fremmy people until they dropped a lyre.
