I'll be a member soon then I need to know if only players sell full blue and red drafon hide and magic bow or I can buy at on NPC.

Players only, of course you can kill your own dragons and ask someone with the level to craft them for you. Same thing with bow

honestly though, full dhide sets and even mage bows are not expensive at all. you can usually find full blue for around 15k. not sure on red and the mage bows, cuz I've never bought them, but the dhide probably isn't much more than blue, and the mage bow is just a few K.
