in order to get the message that you leveled up... do you have to be on the spell book?

 

for example your about to level up to 94 magic, if i was on modern magic would it say

 

congratulations on level 94

 

members can now cast ice barrage

 

or would it say that only if im on ancient magiks

Last time I leveled mage it only showed me the spells I just learnt on my current spell book.

yes, you need to be on the mage spellbook. when i got to 90 mage on ancients, it sai i could use the ancient tele spell instead of the modern mage teleothr camelot.
