June 28, 200719 yr I'm not sure what you're asking, and from your username I think you're lithuanian? Assuming you're asking whether its okay to get members by getting a freind to text it for you... Jagex rules say you can only pay for an immediate family member, but I haven't heard any stories of people getting banned for something like that.
