Does the path of the hobgoblins intercepts the most?

What i mean is that which area is most frequently having hobgoblins walking through?

I still say the majority are around 5 and 8, some around 7 9 4 and 6. Quite less hobgoblins around 1 2 and 3 since compared to 4-9 there are not much rocks up there, the goblins are much scattered and more free to wander around.
