July 2, 200719 yr Quest Cape: Starting with 208/245 QP Assuming you have mostly hard quests (not like Rune Mysteries and stuff). Fletching Cape: 79/99 Doing yew longs till 85 then maybe magics till 99. ___ I know theres not much information but if you have any opinion please post =)

July 2, 200719 yr Fletching is very fast and easy.... I'd say the quests would be harder and would likely take longer.
