Rain, snow, ice, heat. It worked great until I took it apart to clean it out, wheel pad was sticking from the dirt that had got in it. It's just a phone at the end of the day. 2mp camera.. woo.. I've got a 10.1 SLR camera, I win. Why cram everything into one phone? Just kinda poos on the overall phone. In my experience, the only ones that come back broken are ones that have simply not been kept clean. There's a bit of space for dust and muck to slip in under the contacts which makes them unresponsive after a while. I once had a customer bring back a T68i complaining that none of the keys worked.
