hi, my clue says to blow a raspberry at the monkey cage and my problem is where do i get a raspberry and how do i blow it at the cage

However for your answer, the raspberry is one of your emotes that you can use and you need to be facing the monkey cage in Ardougne.

Remember you also need to equip a studded leather body, bronze platelegs, and a normal staff with no orb.
