Help with glod (Grim Tales)

I'm having trouble killing glod

 

 

 

here are my stats

 

 

 

Attack - 73

 

Strength - 67

 

Defence - 72

 

HP - 73

 

Prayer - 58

 

 

 

(Magic - 76)

 

 

 

I've tried to kill him once, and got through all my food when he was on half health. I didn't have any prayer points left going into the battle, but I don't want to waste supplies on another attempt right now. I potted my attack up to 87, I think, but still hit 0's almost all the time.

 

 

 

Any advice would be helpful please.

Try again, bring a full super set 3 p pots and sharks

And DDS poison! 8-). I wore Proselyte body and plate just for the extra prayer bonus, sure it doesn't really help, but it helped a little.

So you can poison him then? Its just the bestiary said you can't, otherwise i'd have tried it.
