Which is better for clue scrolls?

I know you dont have the slayer level for them, but I find Spectres the best for them. I really dont like jellies or hellhounds because of the lack of decent drops other than clues.

Jellies, obviously, they are easier to kill.

 

Clues are random drops, you will kill more jellies in the same amount of

 

time, so jellies are better.
