I gave a glory ammy and he said he would charge it. He took the ammy and now won't give it back.

You really can't do anything. It is a "he said, she said" sort of arguement, since there is no recorded evidence of anything happening.

Never give someone a glory in hopes that they will charge it for you unless you're fully aware of the risks. In the future, request to trade your Uncharged Glory and 5k gp for a Charged Glory (or something like that).
