Is this problem only occuring for only this website or for every website you visit? It looks to me like the stylesheets aren't loading, but unfortunantly I'm unaware of any enable/disable option in IE to check for that. I know Firefox has an option to disable/enable them.

well it happens on a few sites like msn and yahoo and free webs and other sites sometimes even youtube!

Does it happen every time you visit those sites, or just every once and a while?
