How do I crop pictures?

hi cool kids, can you please tell me how to crop my pictures? Here is a picture of the paint my computer has (poorly cropped of course) :P

Well, just use "select" or "free-form select". Theyre the first two options.

 

I advise u to use "select", and then right-click and copy the selection.

 

Then open a new page of Paint and paste it there. Only the selected portion will be there.

That works. My preferred method is to use Ctrl+A to "Select All", and then move the image up and left until I get the upper-left corner where I want. Then use the canvas grabber at the bottom right to trim to the other corner.
