hey my house is completely empty and ihave never trained construction before (tears of guthix) and i am wondering how to best get from 13-20 construction for a quest. like what should i build and destroy and build again to get me there the fastest, thanks.

You could try building wooden larders until 20, as the only good oak piece of furniture up to lvl 20 is a oak chair, and thats at lvl 19.
