Featured Replies

calquat tree 1200 mins

the guide says the diease wont happen often,

but still can be dieased.

has anyone had any experience on them?

because how can you stay there for thousands of minutes and watch them if they have got dieased???

Don't babysit your crops, you waste alot of time like that. I think you can use an ammy of nature for your special patches. Ammy of nature is emerald ammy strung with a magic string, obtained from digging up a magic tree root and then use it on a spinning wheel. You can then use your ammy to "bind" the patch. What that will do is tell you if that patch is diseased when you activate or operate the ammy.

For me, I just plant and go. I haven't ever had a diseased cactus. I haven't tried growing a calquat tree yet, but I have grown some belladonna. My bella's have gotten diseased a few times. I just dig them up and start over.

For something like a calquat though, might be worth looking into getting an amulet of nature for that. Check tip's farming or crafting skill guide to see if it can be bound to special patches.

Please forgive any spelling or grammar mistakes, and I will forgive yours :)

You do not have to be online for the plant to grow. Calquats take on average 24-30 hours to grow, and yes they can die over nite.

I have had cactus die (planted over 100) but is uncommon, just use supercompost. Even trees die. Had an oak tree die yesterday (85 farm) with supercompst and not watched. Pay the farmer if possible to watch all trees with the exception of yew and magics.
