Tip.it Forum Restored - Problems Solved

Hello everyone! As most of you saw yesterday, we had some forum problems which involved the disappearance of nearly 90% of all posts on the forums and many of our usergroups. This problem has now been resolved thanks to the hard work of Albosky!

 

 

 

Just to reassure everyone, no actual forum data was lost. Most of the threads have been moved back to their proper place on the forum. However, this was done based on a database backup meaning some threads may not be visible quite yet. They still exist however, as no threads were lost. The Tip.it Staff is working hard to replace all missing threads, but please be patient as this part has to be done manually. Recently posted threads may have also been moved to the wrong board - simply use the report button to let the staff know of its proper location.

 

 

 

The process may take a day or two to complete. After that time has passed, feel free to contact an administrator if your thread is still missing. Also, do not hesitate to contact an administrator with any other questions or concerns you have about the forum problem yesterday (07/11/07).
