lol, jk, it's any of the charter people on the docks of charter ships. You'll see two people, a man and a woman, jsut right-click them and select the Trade option.

Remember to wear the gloves while selling too!

Just to clarify, the achievement diary gloves will only get you a better price when selling to the Karamja charter ships.

And to clarify that, you'll need the Karamja Gloves 1 that are a reward from Jackie The Fruit in the entrance to the Agility Arena in Brimhaven for completing the Karamja Diary's easy level tasks.
