Why do people insist on repetitive things?

i read something about this....

 

its in dutch but it says that(or something like that):

 

 

 

"people who are constantly repeat things, need attention. becaus they likely suffer from a psygopathic illness. those people mostly have jobs where they dont have to work much (boss etc.). if you have someone above you who is constantly repeating and screaming and show off with your work are most likely psygopats"
