K i wanna use my dds but only 50 attack. What quests give u alot of attack xp and whats monsters good to train attack on to get 60.

getting to use dragon weapons is a major milestone and a great achievement. as for quest experience, the grand tree, waterfall quest, fight arena, and tree gnome village all give well over 10k atk exp each. people who want to train with little or no food go to experiments (near canifs) or rock crabs (north of the fremmy village). they hit very little and have very high hitpoints. rock crabs are my preference of the two because they actually have drops such as clues and the like. hope it helps :)
