I am planning on getting a new Picture editor. Most likley Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0. Please post and e-Mail me download sites, recomendations and the whole nine yards. (Don't say MS paint, I use that plenty well too.)

Paintshop has some nice filters, but 99% of plugins support PhotoShop and there is no guarantee for Paintshop

I would definatly go with photoshop. It's the most used program here for a reason.

Go to Adobe's website and download a 30 day trial of Photoshop CS. It will most likely seem confusing at first if you've never used a graphics program, but go to a tutorial website (like Good-Tutorials) and try some of them.
