wurmskin
I dont care about the time it takes just that i want to get the most out of my money. Thanks. If this is the case, buy yourself a Magic Short Bow and Iron Arrows (You can afford around 100K of arrows with 3M), get Ava's Accumulator and start killing either Fire Giants or Dust Devils. That is probably the least expensive way to train and the best bang for your buck. But if you want quick, and believe me quick but very expensive, you can train with Red Chinchompas. ^ Refresh for a new signature ^

wurmskin
If you only have 10M then save yourself and don't Chinchompa your way up. You can expect up to 150K-200K/H range experience like that, but you can also expect to fork out at the very least 700K-800K GP (this is 1K Red Chins + Prayer Potions and Range Potion) per hour of training. Doing the maths, I doubt this'll be enough to get you to even 89 range. But 100K Iron Arrows (3M) would be enough to get you to maybe even 99 Range, considering you pick them up. ^ Refresh for a new signature ^
dyehard27
whats the Ava's Accumulator and how does it function?
wurmskin
Its a quest reward worn in the cape slot. Rangers use it because it automatically attracts arrows on the ground for you and places it into your quiver, along with other metal objects. It also offers a Range bonus. You can get it through the quest 'Animal Magnetism' :) . ^ Refresh for a new signature ^

Vaskor
He means that some arrows will be lost as they get lost normally. But all arrows which are normally get dropped on the ground in case of Accumulator will be automatically picked up, so you won't have to run around picking the arrows. Mind though, that accumulator does not work from behind a range or wall or something like that. Runescape Reader's Digest
Maxx91
Go for the 100k arrows and get yourself a smexy cape 8-) Also, when training on fire giants, you will probably make a big part of your money spent on it back by drops.
