I recently re-intstalled windows xp on my computer, after I did this browsing the internet does not work anymore on my computer , when I go into Internet Explorer it does not work, I know that my computer is still hooked up to the internet because I can still play internet games such as warcraft and starcraft that don't require a browser, I think there is a setting to fix this but im not sure what or where it is.

What exactly is it doing? Is it not loading a page at all? How are you posting on these forums, a second PC or do they work?

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry but your question was really ambiguous, I'm not sure where to start until we get more details.

Make sure that internet explorer and any other internet browser is set to allow in your firewall.

yes, the page is not loading at all when I try it ( and im using a different computer to post here)

 

 

 

I'll try some firewall settings to see if that works
